IN NO EVENT SHALL THE QUOTE TABLE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE QUOTE TABLE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

10. Termination

The Quote Table reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to thequotetable.com at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Site, other users, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature if available. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, nor does it affect any licenses you have granted to The Quote Table regarding User Content you posted before termination.
